16 - Fix dining Room Floor - My house initially had floor furnaces. A large grate covered a gas heater at the bottom of the stairs and also in the living room. When I installed central air, one of these floor furnaces was repurposed as an intake. The other, in the dining room, was just sealed up with a piece of plywood. I want to install actual floor there.

17 - Add A/C vent to upstairs office - When I had central air installed, we did every room but one.

18 - Backyard furniture

53 - Murphy bed - This is a way to make one of my rooms available for more than one purpose.

60 - Refinish stairs - The stairs to the top floor were painted gray. I want to remove the paint and refinish them.

61 - Basement cabinets - Some storage for the basement would clean it up nicely.

115 - Paint living room - August 2022. Finally did this!

116 - Fix the window frame upstairs - My house is almost 100 years old. I decided to help someone out with a place to live. She decided to try and soundproof a shared room by nailing blankets to the window frame. 100 year old frame with 50-100 nails. I’m going to fix it as best I can.

117 - Replace windows - I want to put in appropriate insulated windows.

119 - Install solar lighting for house numbers - My house number is hard to see at night. I purchased a solar lamp for it. Just need to install.

120 - Redo front garden - My front yard garden was seriously overgrown. Fixed it.

125 - Front yard camera - I think this would be good to have.

136 - Repatch/paint bathroom walls

150 - Make basement room nice and usable again
